What the licence covers
The following are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence:

What the licence does not cover
- MLS content. The research is derived from Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service data. This licence covers our derived, aggregated outputs. It grants no rights in ARMLS listing content, and nothing here permits the redistribution of individual listing records.
- Photography and identity. Photographs, the Marta Walsh name, and the site's design are not included.
Source and method
Figures are derived from ARMLS data. Published outputs are aggregate statistics from which no individual listing can be reconstructed. The construction rules are published in full at the methodology page, and changes to them are recorded there by dated amendment.
