The Marta Walsh Index, the research papers behind it, and the weekly data file are free to use, including commercially, with attribution.

What the licence covers

The following are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence:

You may copy, redistribute, adapt and build on any of it, for any purpose, provided you give credit. No permission request is needed and there is no fee.

How to attribute

For general use, in an article, a report or a presentation:

For a specific weekly reading, name the issue date, because the index revises as late data arrives:

What the licence does not cover

Source and method

Figures are derived from ARMLS data. Published outputs are aggregate statistics from which no individual listing can be reconstructed. The construction rules are published in full at the methodology page, and changes to them are recorded there by dated amendment.
